'Safety threat' move hits 12 countries
DONALD Trump's travel ban targeting 12 countries has sparked swift condemnation from international aid organisations.
Visitors from Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, Congo-Brazzaville, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen will be barred from entering the US from 12.01am on Monday.
People from Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan and Venezuela will face heightened restrictions.
The announcement marks a revival of a controversial immigration policy from the US president's first term.
