Funeral held for ex-Liverpool hero Cormack
HIBERNIAN fans gathered at Easter Road yesterday to pay respects to one of the club's greatest players.
Peter Cormack made a final visit to his old side as his funeral cortege passed the stadium in Edinburgh.
The midfielder, who went on to play under Bill Shankly and Bob Paisley at Liverpool, passed away aged 78 on October 10 after suffering from dementia.
His funeral took place at Edinburgh's Warrington Crematorium.
