TOMORROW'S Old Firm match will see away fans at Celtic Park in significant numbers for the first time since 2023.

That is to be welcomed for what has long been the biggest clash in the Scottish game.
But in advance of the match, police have been handed extra stop and search powers due to fears of disorder breaking out.
Sadly, those fears are justified.
The toxic element in the Old Firm rivalry most notably raised its head at the 1980 cup final and more recently amid disgraceful scenes in Glasgow city centre.
