Crime boss's cash splash.. on makeover

EXILED crime boss Steven Lyons has spent thousands of pounds changing his appearance, the Record can reveal.
Recent pictures show the hood - who is hiding out in Dubai - has had fillers, Botox and dental treatment.
The new snaps - the first of Lyons, 44, in more than a decade - also show murdered best pal Ross Monaghan while they were at a festive UAE bash in December.
In 2006, the Lyons crime gang chief fled Scotland for Spain after being shot twice. He later moved to Dubai where he has continued to control the gang's drug empire.
A source said: "Steven has made millions since he fled Scotland - albeit he recently lost a couple of large consignments.
