Today marks a year since Amorim was brought in to replace Eric ten Hag.
And asked whether there had been any moments when he doubted he would last a year in the job, Amorim replied: "It's hard to say that. Sometimes in some moments... I know that you are going to write.
"But there were some moments that were tough to deal with, to lose so many games, that was so hard for me - because this is Manchester United.
