A TEEN has been charged after a group of women were abused in a vile racist attack at a train station.

Evelyn Leitizia, 41, was outside Glasgow's Queen Street station in September when she was verbally assaulted by the masked gang.

Evelyn, from Bali, Indonesia, was enjoying a day out with female relatives when the hate-filled yobs mimicked stabbing motions and branded her a "c******", leaving the women in distress.

A clip of the attack showed the Buckfast-wielding youths mocking Evelyn and her family, with one male heard mentioning a machete before someone else is seen shouting: "I'll put you in a body bag" A 16-year-old boy has now been arrested and charged in connection with the incident by displaying threatening or abusive behaviour under $38 Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010.
