Junction & bridge works at Junction 26
GLASGOW'S M8 is set for nine months of disruption due to roadworks.
Work begins today on Scotland's busiest road and will last until May 10, with a break over Christmas.
The £10million programme at Junction 26 at Hillington will span both the eastbound and westbound carriageways.
The work will focus on four bridges that run across the interchange. Built in 1968, they have suffered wear and tear with potholes becoming a major issue.
