Police seize cars in insurance crackdown

POLICE have been seizing cars as officers clamp down on insurance dodgers.

Traffic officers say motorists who don't pay are more likely to cause injuries on the road, or be involved in crime.

A North Wales Police Roads Policing Unit statement said: "Just an example of some of the vehicles seized this week due to not being insured.
