CAFE OWNER RESPONDS TO NEGATIVE ONLINE REVIEW

KEEP PET PAWS OFF THE FUR-NITURE

A CAFE boss has responded after an entitled dog owner left a negative review because their pet wasn't allowed on the sofas.

The Wilderness Cafe (Y Gwyllt) in Harlech is hugely popular with a near perfect TripAdvisor score.

It is also pet friendly and popular with dog owners, with many coming in after a trip to the nearby beach.

The cafe has set "gentle boundaries" that includes keeping pets off sofas, a rule most dog owners are happy to accept and respect.

But one reviewer - Biggs - left a negative review on Google after complaining their "small dog" was not allowed on a sofa.

They had apparently travelled to Harlech especially to visit the cafe but left without eating due to the rule.

The cafe took to social media to question why someone would do this to a small business over such an issue.
