Deaves gets Wales call-up for clash against Japan in Cardiff

OSPREYS flanker Harri Deaves has been called up by Wales ahead of their match against Japan.

Eddie Jones' Brave Blossoms are in Cardiff on Saturday in a Test with huge implications on the world rankings and World Cup pools.

Wales captain Jac Morgan put in a stellar performance against Argentina, only to be removed from the field with a dislocated shoulder after scoring a well-earned try. In what was a massive blow to Wales and Morgan himself, there was however a small silver lining, with a new player set to be called up.

In his post-match press conference, Steve Tandy confirmed the injury before name-checking Deaves and Tommy Reffell as potential replacements for Morgan.
