Following the release of his album New Love in February, which has already surpassed 30 million streams in six months, Alberts has spent much of the year on a 105-date world tour, performing sold-out shows across Europe, North America and a packed Royal Albert Hall in London.

Now, as the year winds down, he is closing it on a high note with this reflective yet upbeat track.

Announcing the song on Instagram, Alberts wrote: “And so it begins. Seasons of change. I've been playing this song all tour, and this day comes with a lot of emotion. In the summer, since New Love, I secretly went back into the studio in true chaos mode.”
