BBC kick him off live tour over vulgar sex remark

BBC bosses have clearly been stung by the backlash over keeping Wynne Evans on the Strictly tour after his use of a vulgar sex term.

They had let him off with a warning but caved in as anger grew by axing him from the live dates.

The Welsh Opera singer, BBC Wales and car insurance TV advert star confirmed he would not be on the tour and apologised again for his behaviour.

He said: "I've agreed with the BBC that I'll take some time out from my radio show and the Strictly Live tour, as well as my other public commitments, to prioritise my wellbeing.

"I am deeply sorry for the pain my inappropriate actions have caused, and plan to take this time for self-reflection.
