VINCENT KOMPANY has been tipped as the ideal man to replace Pep Guardiola.
Man City boss Guardiola - who recently passed 1,000 games as manager - will have clocked up a decade in charge before the start of next season.
His deal runs until 2027 and he is not expected to extend it. Former City star Bacary Sagna believes Bayern Munich boss and ex-Etihad captain Kompany is the man for the job.
