ANGRY shop owners have questioned why some roads remained open to vehicles during the Liverpool FC victory parade.
The event ended in chaos with 79 people injured after a car crashed into crowds on Water Street in the city centre.
Gareth Morgan, 46, of Dead Crafty Beer Company on adjoining Dale Street, has demanded answers.
