KEIR Starmer has backed Deputy PM Angela Rayner amid Tory criticism over her purchase of an £800,000 flat.

She reportedly saved £40,000 in stamp duty on the seaside home in Hove, East Sussex, after allegedly removing her name from deeds of a family property in Ashton-under-Lyne, Gtr Manchester.
