Older drivers wrong focus for safer roads

WHILE I 100% agree with lowering the drink-driving limits, it's not going to stop the idiots who blatantly do it time after time.

The sentencing for anyone who kills or injures while over the limit needs to be higher.

Can anyone tell me why “elderly drivers” who always make sure their vehicles are insured and taxed are the ones being targeted, rather than the young tearaways speeding across our streets, who may be found with no tax or insurance when stopped?
