Family skip out on bills for £1,000 at restaurants

A NOTORIOUS "dine and dash" family have run up bills worth more than £1,000 for slap-up meals at several restaurants.

Up to eight members of the family have been ordering big meals and drinks before disappearing without settling up.

Four restaurants in a 30-mile radius have gone public with their warning about the family, with police believed to have been alerted by at least seven.
