Draper will be 'inspired' by his grandfather as Norrie, Boulter, Kartal and Fearnley also go for broke today

- BY NEIL MCLEMAN

JACK DRAPER will have the "inspiring" support of his grandfather when he takes on Gael Monfils and the frenzied French crowd on Thrilling Thursday.

The world No.5 is one of five British singles stars playing in the second round at Roland Garros today, with (right) Cameron Norrie, Katie Boulter, Sonay Kartal and Jacob Fearnley also in action.

"I think they can all have deep runs in these tournaments, which is really exciting for British tennis," said Draper. He and Boulter, the two British No.1s, will both be playing on the main Court Philippe-Chatrier with Draper taking on home favourite Monfils in the glamour night session.
