France bans far right vigilantes exposed by Mirror
Daily Mirror UK
|January 15, 2026
MEMBERS of an “extreme right” group exposed by the Mirror for vigilante action against migrants have been banned from France.
We told how campaign group Raise the Colours had been boasting online about sabotaging small boats to be used in migrant Channel crossings.
Ringleader Ryan Bridge and Daniel Thomas - once described as far right activist Tommy Robinson's right hand man - posed holding flags next to the apparent remnants of a boat.
Now, French authorities have banned 10 members of Raise the Colours, preventing them from entering or staying in the country.
Thomas and Bridge were not named by the French government.
