- ANDY LINES and PAUL BRYNE

FLOW LODE COLOGNE

ENGLAND fans were sinking beers in Cologne yesterday as skipper Harry Kane told them "don't panic" ahead of tomorrow's crunch match with Slovenia.

Hotels and apartments in the German city were filling up and many supporters were already supping at bars by the Rhine.

Captain Kane, 30, issued a rallying cry to fans last night, using the words "don't panic" six times.

He made a point of thanking England fans for their tremendous support. He said: "Fans should stay calm and there's no need to panic.
