DAN'S GOT BURNING AMBITION

Toon star's thoughts keep straying to a place in World Cup squad
DAN BURN admits he cannot stop dreaming about the World Cup.
Burn is ageing like a fine wine as he scales new peaks towards the twilight of his career. The 33-year-old helped Newcastle win the Carabao Cup last season the club's first domestic silverware in seven decades - by scoring the opening goal in the 2-1 defeat of Liverpool in the final.
Burn's performances for Eddie Howe's men also earned him his first call-up to the England squad. He made his debut against Albania in March and will be hoping to add to his two caps when England face Andorra in a World Cup qualifier at Villa Park today.
But Burn's ultimate ambition is to be part of the Three Lions squad in the finals in North America next summer.
So much so that he cannot stop thinking about the chance to be involved on the biggest stage of all in what would be another first in his long career.
