A TWO-BED flat in Cornwall is on sale for less than the price of a pasty - £1. The property in the seaside tourist town of Penzance is being listed for auction with the low guide price as it needs total refurbishment.
But experts say once the makeover is complete the flat - just a stone's throw from the harbour - could make the perfect home or rental.
