Kinnock blasts Tory-made crisis as 1 in 4 kids aged five has decay
FIGURES showing that almost a quarter of kids have had tooth decay by the age of five is a damning indictment of dentistry in 21st-century England.
And a report revealed efforts to improve children's oral health in poorer areas have failed since 2015, thanks to years of Tory underfunding.
Labour's Stephen Kinnock branded the crisis "shocking, but not surprising", as he vowed to put the service back on its feet after horror stories of patients pulling their own teeth due to a lack of NHS dentists.
