Call for open swim rules after death

A CORONER has called for new legislation at open-water swimming events after a man drowned.
Joel Ineson, 55, had a cardiac event at an organised swim in June 2023.
Senior coroner David Place issued a prevention of future deaths report at his inquest on April 4.
