Hero Donald is honoured with fly-past
OUR oldest surviving Second World War veteran was given the honour of his own special Spitfire fly-past yesterday.
Donald Rose, 109, watched two of the iconic fighter planes pass over his care home.
The former sniper and Desert Rat served on the front line with the 7th Armoured Division.
