Burhani Serendib School will stage the World Robot Olympiad Sri Lanka 2025 National Selections tomorrow, gathering 29 student teams across three divisions, with distinguished judges and officials.

Burhani Serendib School will host the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) Sri Lanka 2025 National Selections tomorrow (Saturday, September 06, 2025) at its school hall in Colombo 04.
The event, open to spectators from 12:30 p.m. onwards, will gather 29 teams of students competing in one of the country’s most anticipated robotics challenges.
The opening ceremony will be graced by Governor of Western Province Hanif Yusuf, and Secretary to the Ministry of Digital Economy Waruna Dhanapala along with officials and members from the British Council, as well as principals and representatives from The International Schools of Sri Lanka (TISSL).
