Sri Lankan marketing’s premier recognition platform crowns winners in Colombo; Sunshine Consumer celebrates multiple accolades

SUNSHINE Consumer has emerged as one of the top winners at the prestigious Dragons of Sri Lanka 2025, held on Friday, 22 August. The company took home 10 Dragons awards, including five metals and five Black Dragons, reaffirming its position as one of Sri Lanka’s most dynamic and innovative FMCG players.
The company’s brands shone brightly across categories. Watawala secured a Gold Dragon for the impactful Wesak campaign that was done to enable transport among Wesak zones for those visiting Colombo on foot. Zesta was recognised with Gold and Silver Dragons for the inspiring “My Zesta Story” campaign. Daintee won a Bronze Dragon for the magical “Gingerbread House” campaign, which captivated young audiences during the festive season, while X-tra earned a Bronze Dragon for the bold “X-trags.®208” campaign that resonated strongly with youth.
