NTB plans debenture issue of up to Rs. 15 b

NATIONS Trust Bank PLC has announced that its Board has approved a Basel II~compliant Tier 2 debenture issue of up toRs, 15 billion, subject to market conditions and investor demand.

The bank will initially issue 100 million listed, rated, unsecured, subordinated, redeemable debentures with anon-viability conversion feature ata parvalue of Rs. 100 each, raising Rs. 10 billion.
