Ex-SEC fame Malik Cader joins PMF Finance Board

MALIK Cader has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of PMF Finance PLC.

Cader was enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law in Sri Lanka in 1989 and is also a qualiMalik Cader fied Solicitor in England and Wales. He is a Commissioner for Oaths and a registered Company Secretary.
After practicing commercial law before the courts of Sri Lanka, Cader joined the senior management of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) in 1997, where he rose to the position of Director General SEC.
Prior to that he served as the Deputy Director General and Director Legal at the SEC.
During his tenure, he gained extensive exposure to international securities regulation, serving as the liaison with the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
