The 34-year-old has Huntington’s disease, an incurable inherited disorder that causes nerve cells in the brain to gradually break down and die.

Symptoms, which his doctors predict will start around the age of 55, can include memory and thinking problems, loss of muscle control and difficulty swallowing and speaking.
