PROFESSIONALLY reuniting with former lover Sir Tom Stoppard for the first time since their 1990s romance, after agreeing to star in a revival of the legendary writer's play Indian Ink, Felicity Kendal will honour a pact preventing her from discussing their relationship.

Thirty years after being cast in the lead role of Flora Crewe in the original production of Stoppard's play, when the pair were an item, The Good Life actress portrays elderly widow Eleanor Swan when it returns to London's Hampstead Theatre this December.

On the sensitive subject of her personal history with Stoppard, these days wed to third wife Sabrina Guinness, I'm told Felicity will loyally maintain a longtime vow of silence throughout the show's run. “I don’t talk about him,” she once explained. “He’s married and he doesn’t like it...he is off limits.”
