Widow sues husband’s secret wife claiming she’s ‘Plundering’ £L8m legacy

A BEAUTICIAN is suing her late husband’s secret wife over the £1.8million estate of the man they both married in Las Vegas five years apart.

James Dinsdale died of cancer at the age of 55 in 2020, leaving the fortune which is now at the centre of a bitter court row.

Margaret Dinsdale married the accountant and property investor in 2017, not realising he had not divorced Victoria Fowell.

James and Margaret had met in 2008, began a relationship in 2014 and moved in together the next year.

But when they tied the knot at the Chapel of the Flowers on Las Vegas Boulevard in 2017 she had no idea he was still married to cosmetic dentist Dr Fowell, 53, whom he had wed at the nearby Little White Wedding Chapel in 2012.

It meant the later marriage was “void” and Mrs Dinsdale, 41, had no automatic right to inherit his fortune.
