Why Helen embraces the chaos!

PRESENTER Helen Skelton has called her life “chaotic” as she balances TV work with raising her three children.

The star, 42, has been on our screens for two decades, fronting Blue Peter, Countryfile, Holiday Hit Squad and even the BBC’s Olympics coverage.

And she revealed her life off-screen is just as hectic — but she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Helen said: “Something I’ve really embraced since turning 40 is that sense of acceptance. We are who we are. That’s my mantra.

“My house is chaos. My car is a tip. I’m probably going to be late.
