We're barking mad for it

HOT DOG! The pooch-tastic action of CRUFTS 2025 (C4, 3pm) kicks off this afternoon at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham and continues this evening, providing ample coverage of the world's biggest annual dog show.

Reporter Radzi Chinyanganya and commentators Jim Rosenthal and Graham Partridge are on hand to guide us through the exciting action, which includes the thrilling Flyball heats, which see dogs in a lightning-fast relay race to fetch balls. Meanwhile, Ed Jackson and special guest Ellie Simmonds roam the NEC's halls to talk to owners and present interviews on the hottest topics in the canine world.

At 7.30pm the ever-reliable Clare Balding will host live coverage of the event - the terriers are the first group up for judging, with the winner going through to Sunday's Best In Show final.
