Weller sues firm that dropped him over his Gaza genocide claims

PAUL Weller is suing his former accountants who stopped working with him after he shared statements saying Israel was committing genocide in Gaza, according to a legal letter.

The Jam’s former frontman filed a discrimination claim against Harris and Trotter after the firm ended the professional relationship after more than three decades.

In a pre-action letter, Weller’s lawyers say the musician, 67, was told in March that the accountants and tax advisers would no longer work with him or his companies.
