Villagers claim they feel 'overrun' by asylum hotel

A VILLAGE has been "overrun" since a nearby hotel began to house asylum seekers, claim fed-up residents.

Hundreds of people protested at the 111-room Ibis on a business park outside Crick, Northamptonshire, last week. Villagers claim the area has suffered since it became migrants' accommodation last year.

One resident said: "We have a really big problem in Crick. The whole place is overrun. They go to the park in the afternoon and play football, sometimes late at night, and are always in large groups. They are rowdy.
