US plan gives Russia lands it has not won and amnesty

VLADIMIR PUTIN could be handed swathes of Ukrainian territory under a US-backed peace plan endorsed by President Donald Trump.
A 28-point blueprint from the White House would see Kyiv forced to give up more land, says a draft seen by US media and verified by Ukrainian and American officials.
The plan would cap Ukrainian’s military at 600,000 personnel. It would also be written into its constitution that it would never join Nato, with the organisation ruling out admitting the country.
