Daily Express
|September 06, 2025
FORMER London's Burning actor John Alford faces jail after being found guilty of sexually attacking two teenage girls after plying them with vodka.
Alford, 53, targeted the two underage girls at a house party after buying them alcohol.
He had sex with one of the girls when she was aged 14 in a garden and a toilet. He also performed a sex act on another teen, then aged 15.
Alford had denied the charges but was convicted yesterday after a week-long trial at St Albans Crown Court, in Hertfordshire.
After 13 hours of deliberations, Alford was found guilty of four counts of sexual activity with the girl, 14, and two counts of sexual assault and assault by penetration on the girl, 15.
The former actor, who also appeared in Grange Hill, put his head in his hands in the dock and shouted: “Wrong! I didn't do this.”
