Tui flying high as it decides to quit London stock market

HOLIDAY giant Tui yesterday posted its best ever first quarter results for its swan song as a London Stock Exchangelisted business.
At the company's annual meeting yesterday, over 98% of Tui shareholders voted to abandon the LSE after 42 years.
Instead, they want a single listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, where three-quarters of Tui shares are already traded.
The London listing is due to end on June 24.
Before the vote, Tui released its first quarter results. Its revenues rose 14.7% to £ 3.7 billion while its seasonal net loss tumbled 63% to £ 71.1 million.
