Tears as ex-Marine denies fans crash charges

THE former Royal Marine commando accused of deliberately driving into crowds of Liverpool football fans appeared to weep yesterday as he denied all 31 charges against him.
Paul Doyle, 53, sat with his head bowed when he appeared at Liverpool Crown Court via videolink from Belmarsh Prison for a plea and case management hearing.
The father-of-three and businessman occasionally shook his head and seemed to be looking at papers before apparently sobbing.
