Sue Gray named among 30 new Labour peers

SIR Keir Starmer has given a host of close allies, including former chief of staff Sue Gray, seats in the House of Lords.
The Prime Minister made the former civil servant a life peer.
Ms Gray came to prominence in 2022 with the report into Partygate during Covid, and then became Sir Keir's chief of staff in opposition before following him into No10.
She quit the role in October after a series of internal rows.
