Stormy Daniels: Trump said I reminded him of daughter

DONALD Trump told adult film actress Stormy Daniels she reminded him of his daughter Ivanka before the pair had sex, a court heard yesterday.

Ms Daniels, 45, gave her eagerly awaited evidence in the £104,000 "hush money" trial that could see the former US president jailed for up to four years if convicted.

The actress, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, came face-to-face with Trump, 77, at Manhattan Criminal Court in New York City, for the first time since their alleged one-night stand, following a 2006 celebrity golf tournament in Nevada.

During Ms Daniels', evidence, the billionaire sat silently, sometimes leaning back and closing his eyes.

She said he told her, "You remind me of my daughter", referring to Ivanka, who he said was intelligent and blonde.

Ms Daniels said Trump later invited her to his suite in the hotel and her publicist urged her to skip a planned dinner to meet him because it would "make a great story" and could be "amazing".

Inside his room, she said she was greeted by Trump in Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner-style silk or satin pyjamas, which she made fun of.
