Royals' floral tribute to war heroes

THE Duchess of Edinburgh solemnly throws a posy into the sea off Malta in tribute to British and Maltese lives lost in the Second World War.

Sophie, 59, was accompanied by her husband Edward, 60, who tossed a wreath as part of the couple's four-day tour of the country.

But it was the Duchess who stole the show in a stunning white and orange floral skirt by fashion house Erdem, which she teamed with a white blouse, orange bag and wedge espadrilles.
