'Rhubarb helps fight superbugs'

RHUBARB could help battle deadly antibiotic-resistant superbugs such as E. coli, data suggests.
Compounds from the vegetable, as well as the spice tumeric, showed promise in fighting off bacteria in wastewater.
Scientists noted when people take antibiotics, some of the dose comes out in urine and faeces, ending up in the water.
