Plane on crash route cancelled

AN Air India flight on the same route as the plane that crashed last week killing 241 people was cancelled because of “precautionary checks”.
Flight AI 159 was due to leave Ahmedabad yesterday for London Gatwick. A plane from Gatwick to Amritsar was also axed.
