Nato Allies In 'Cyber War' With Russia

Moscow's hackers pose big threat to UK, say ministers

CABINET minister Liz Kendall says Nato nations are embroiled in a cyber war with Russia.

Speaking to Sky News' Sunday Morning with Trevor Phillips, Ms Kendall warned Moscow will do everything to destabilise not only Ukraine but also its allies.

The Work and Pensions Secretary added: "So, we have to be absolutely vigilant as a Government, but also in businesses and wider society to protect against those cyber hacktivists.

"We have for many months really focused on making sure we have all the protections we need."
