Motorist killed man waiting for transplant over a petrol pump

A DRIVER who punched and killed another motorist in an argument when they were filling up their cars has been jailed for five years.

Tyren Pollard, 51, stormed up to master's degree graduate Bernard Hirsch and began rowing over the victim's use of an assistance pump.

Pollard who uses crutches, hit Mr Hirsch in the face and repeatedly struck him with one of the sticks.
