Moment officers found Constance's dead baby in Lidl bag full of rubbish
Daily Express

A JURY has been shown the moment a missing baby was found dead amid rubbish stuffed inside a shopping bag.
Constance Marten, 36, and her partner Mark Gordon, 49, had refused to tell police where their daughter Victoria was after the fugitive couple were tracked down to Brighton, East Sussex.
Days later, officers made the grim discovery of the child's remains in a disused shed on an allotment near to where the parents had been detained.
Yesterday, a jury at the Old Bailey was shown police bodyworn video of the moment their baby was found last March.
PC Allen Ralph told the court he had already seen earlier CCTV of the distinctive Lidl bag before he was sent with a colleague to search the allotments.
The first thing he noticed as he entered the shed was a bad smell.
