Mock rockers turn volume back up to 11

IT'S a comedy often rated at 10 out of 10 but fans of This Is Spinal Tap hope the mock-rock's sequel goes all the way to 11.

Clearly the reunited cast seen here filming Spinal Tap 2 have again nailed the look of an ageing heavy metal band.

The 1984 "mockumentary" followed a US tour by fictional fading UK rockers Spinal Tap as it descended into farce, break-ups and mini-Stonehenge sets.

The movie's most-quoted line has guitarist Nigel Tufnel (Christopher Guest) claiming his speakers are louder than rivals' ones which are marked as Volume 1 to 10, since "these go to 11".
