Meghan's dad begs her to call after life-saving amputation

THE Duchess of Sussex's father has pleaded with her to call him after he had a leg amputated in lifesaving surgery.
Thomas Markle, 81, appealed to Meghan, 44, to see him “one more time before I die” from his hospital bed in the Philippines, where he now lives.
Her estranged father was rushed into hospital last week after his left foot swelled. The retired TV lighting director has suffered two heart attacks and a stroke in recent years.
He had his left leg amputated below his knee on Wednesday after doctors found a massive blood clot.
